Description
The Ohio Articulation and Transfer Network (OATN) is a consortium of the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) created in response to legislative concerns over the ability of students to transfer effectively between Ohio’s public post-secondary institutions of higher education as well as award credit for prior learning assessment, such as AP and CLEP. Through its comprehensive credit transfer system, managed by the OATN, the Ohio Public Institutions (OPI) helps Ohio’s students customize an educational pathway that fits their needs and budget.
As part of the OATN Team, student interns will be paired with a full time OATN staff member and work closely to assist with various projects. Note, students may work with their institution to potentially receive college credit through the completion of this internship.

We will hire 1-2 student interns to assist with overall administration of the OATN. Interns will perform duties such as:
- Perform research as needed for projects, meetings/events, and other assigned tasks.
- Prepare communications (email, electronic newsletters, memorandums, formal letters, other documents) for distribution.
- Assist with general organizational and administrative tasks (preparing financial documents, securing signatures, etc.) as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned. Our hope is to give the selected student additional responsibility suitable to the demonstrated skill set and in accordance with the needs of the organization.

- Superior time management, administrative, and organizational abilities.
- Quick-starter, self-motivated, and able to jump right in to a fast-paced, highly visible working environment.
