- Fluid minerals permitting and compliance: process applications for permit to drill; surface sundries; inspections and compliance, and fluid minerals leasing.
- NEPA: perform as project lead for all Oil and Gas projects (APDs, construction, surface, sundries, and final reclamation); serve as subject matter expert – NRS, during interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Also, provide input and/or analysis for all other field office projects.
- Program coordination: work in a collaborative manner with other NRSs in the WRBBD and statewide; develop sustainable relationships with BLM personnel, Oil and Gas operators, land owners, and the public.
- Communication skills: practice effective verbal and written communication skills; and demonstrate expertise in technical writing for a variety of audiences.
