As a Virtual Customer Service Agent with Divinity Consulting Co., you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support on behalf of our esteemed clients. This role offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the success of leading businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to customers.
- Adhere to client-specific guidelines and maintain a high standard of service quality.
- Navigate client systems and databases to access necessary information.
- Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and stay updated on client policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Successfully pass a 7-year background check (applicant responsible for associated fee).
- Access to a personal computer or laptop with a compatible headset.
- High-speed internet connection and modem for uninterrupted service.
- Quiet workspace conducive to professional customer interactions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $10 to $22, dependent on the client you choose to service. Payment is processed on the 15th and last day of each month. No state or federal taxes are withheld; agents receive 1099 forms for tax filing purposes.
Training:
- Duration: 2-6 weeks (varies by client).
- Training days: 4 hours per day.
- Certification is unpaid, though some training classes may implement a “Learn While You Earn” system.
