  • CVS Medical Economics Analyst: CVS Health has a mission of helping people on their path to better health. They are working to transform health care through innovations that make quality care more accessible, easier to use, less expensive and patient-focused. This position requires very limited previous practical exposure, so it is great for entry level experience if you are interested in public health or healthcare administration!
  • HandsOn AmeriCorp VISTA – Maricopa Co. Dep. of Pub. Health: Join the Maricopa Co. Office of Community Health to help develop a pathway for low-income individuals to become certified Community Health Workers (CHW), improving community health and job opportunities! You will help implement a new population health strategy while developing CHW programming that will make a permanent impact on the lives of vulnerable populations. Also of note: After the completion of one’s year of service, you also qualify for an educational award valued at about $6,300, which can be used towards federal loans or further education.
  • Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory Research Technician I: Founded in 1890, CSHL has helped shape contemporary biomedical research and education with today’s research endeavors encompassing cancer, neuroscience and quantitative biology. This lab focuses on an exciting fundamental neuroscience science project. Duties will include assisting in digital neuropathology and tissue processing. An excellent exposure to clinical research!
