  • Management Rotation Program Associate – 2022, Capital One – Capital One’s two-year Management Rotation Program (MRP) provides associates with the foundational knowledge needed to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive the company forward. Associates gain exposure to professional areas within the company – agile, risk management, audit, supplier management, process management and project management. If you’re passionate about problem solving and finding new solutions, as well as refining your communications skills, learning how to lead with influence and driving business-building results, MRP could be the path for you.
  • Financial Leadership Rotation Program, NationwideA 24-month rotation program designed to develop strong financial leaders. The program consists of four six-month, cross-functional, cross-company rotations within the disciplines of finance, investments, strategy, enterprise risk management and internal audit. 

Internships:

  • Human Resources Rotation Program Intern – Summer 2022, Capital One The Human Resources Internship is designed to cultivate strategic and proactive HR leaders. As an HR Intern, you’ll spend your summer with a group of peers from diverse backgrounds in our 10-week program. Programming and training will be built into your experience to become more familiar with Capital One, HR, and the work we do. You’ll be mentored by your peers, teammates, and senior leaders to guide your professional development along the way. 
  • Consulting Analyst Intern – Summer 2022, Strategyn Strategyn helps companies reposition and reinvent underperforming products, create breakthrough products, successfully discover, and enter new markets, and prioritize R&D and M&A investment decisions. We are looking for intelligent, creative, and self-motivated students to join our team of innovation experts for our 2022 summer internship program. As an intern, you will be involved in all phases of a consulting/research engagement and will contribute to improving our current processes.
