Anneke’s Picks: Jobs & Internships Week of 10/11

Every week, Anneke’s Picks bring you highlighted jobs, internships, and events in the Nonprofit, Education, & Government community. Check out this week’s spotlights below!

Internships:

  • State Department Internship Program: These are incredible internships with embassies either abroad, or at the domestic State office in Washington. The window for these is VERY short (closes 10/18), so don’t miss it!
  • Development Intern, Marquee Creatives: This is a great opportunity to pick up part-time internship work during the year. If you are at all interested in a career in nonprofit, familiarity with development (outreach, fundraising, etc.) is a hugely desired skill. Deadline: October 23rd

  • Chicago Council on World Affairs (Multiple Intern Roles) Getting international-related experience can be challenging, but there are many great organizations working domestically that work on global issues. Check CCWA for roles in Government Relations, Global Development, Global Food Security, and more! Deadline: October 16th

Jobs:

  • Southern Teachers Agency: Want to teach after Denison, but aren’t sure how? Southern Teachers Agency is looking for new teachers to start the 2022-23 school year in a variety of subjects.
