Belkis Schoenhals currently serves as a Senior City Planner with the City of Columbus. Over her years of experience within the research, nonprofit, and local government sectors, she has a confident understanding of project management, design review, affordable housing development, community development, and city planning. She is fluent in Spanish and serves as a member on the City’s Development Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Belkis holds a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Denison University and an M.A. in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
