Denison Micro-Internships
Denison Micro-Internships are short-term, paid, professional assignments that are similar to those given to new hires or interns. These projects enable Denison freshman or sophomore students to demonstrate skills, explore career paths, and build their networks, as they are mentored by Denison alumni. Denison Micro-Internships are funded by the Knowlton Center for Career Exploration.
To participate you must:
- Be a current Denison University freshman or sophomore student (Class of 2027 or 2028)
- Complete up to one project during the Winter Break 2024-2025
- Projects must be completed by the start of Spring Semester 2025.
Denison Micro-Internships are facilitated via the Parker Dewey platform and are listed under the “Featured Projects” section. Parker Dewey lists many additional Micro-Internships which are funded by the organizations which offer them. Take advantage of those opportunities, as well. Some may actually be offered by Denison alums/parents, too. You will see these additional projects listed under “All Open Micro-Internships.”
