Great news, Manpower is hiring a new Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing healthcare team to recruit medical professionals throughout the Tri-State! This is a direct hire, internal sales and customer-service forward position where qualified applicants will find, secure, place and retain medical professionals in short or long term contract assignments for Manpower Clients. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with others, making a difference and those with strong communication and problem solving skills.
The person selected for this role will:
- Be responsible for candidate sourcing, recruiting, prescreening/interviewing/testing candidates and placing high-level talent for part time, contract and permanent opportunities with Manpower clients an while providing exceptional service
- Utilize direct and indirect sourcing techniques to build a strong network of diverse candidates for the Healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term and contract assignments
- Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish professional relationships, understand their needs and qualify them for job opportunities
- Consult with clients to understand objectives and hiring needs based on job description and required skills for specialty fields
- Generate recruiting leads through various channels, strategic planning and referrals
- Build and maintain professional relationships with medical professionals
- Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
- Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
- Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
- Meet ongoing performance requirements and communication standards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not necessary
- The best candidates offer 1-2 years of comparable work experience. A background in sales, customer service, recruiting, human resources and/or relevant business experience is nice
- Strong communication skills & detail oriented
- Comfortable and capable of making large group presentations
- Proficiency with MS Office programs: word, excel and powerpoint
- Have a passion for people and community!
