Ascend Indiana is a nonprofit that supports connecting talent with its partner employers, including Hoosier Logistics. Ascend serves as your point of connection to hundreds of Indiana employers, of varying sizes, industries, and locations. These companies leverage the Ascend Network to find early-in-career qualified talent. Our candidates use the Network to find internships, part-time, and full-time roles. In addition to using the Network to find opportunities, we work with you one-on-one to serve as your personal advocate and career mentor throughout the recruitment process.
To be eligible for The Network you should be…

Logistics Account Executive with Hoosier Logistics
What you will do:
You will utilize business development skills to identify, qualify and develop relationships with prospective customers and independently generate new sales revenue and prospect and integrate new customers into the existing book of business.
What you will learn:
You will work diligently to develop and master industry and sales knowledge, including prospecting, pipeline development, closing business, managing accounts, spot market vs. contract pricing, and many other sales tactics.
