Andrew shares strategies for tackling common sign-in, password, and license issues. He also explains how to troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, and Office issues; handle Office 365 SharePoint Online problems, including how to recover deleted files in SharePoint Online sites; and tackle common problems with Microsoft Teams.
