Scott covers manual network configuration tools, such as ifconfig, the ip command, DHCP, and more. He explains how to configure networks using ifupdown, NetworkManager, Netplan, and systemd-networkd. Plus, Scott dives into hostnames, firewall configuration, and monitoring network port activity.
