Internship Spotlight: Molly Noga ’26, Customer Service Administrative Intern

Molly Noga, a spirited junior majoring in Psychology, recently completed her summer as a Customer Service Administrative Intern at Reynolds & Reynolds in Dayton, Ohio. Alongside her studies, Molly actively participates in Denison Women’s Soccer and the Women in Business organization, showcasing her commitment to both athletics and professional development.

During her internship, Molly describes how she played an important role in the onboarding of new employees, navigating various management software platforms to streamline company travel and enhance dealership success. This hands-on experience allowed her to develop valuable skills while supporting her colleagues in their transition to the workplace.

Molly’s time at Reynolds & Reynolds has significantly influenced her career direction. “This internship has taught me that I have a passion for people and a strong desire to help others learn,” she shared. Surprisingly, she found a particular aspect of the internship experience especially rewarding, “I really enjoyed the onboarding process of this internship a lot more than I initially expected,” she added.

For future interns, Molly emphasizes the importance of starting the search early. In addition to her internship, Molly found tremendous support through the Knowlton Center, which helped her secure her position and continues to provide valuable resources for her career exploration. With her enthusiasm and dedication to helping others, Molly Noga is on a promising path toward a fulfilling career in psychology and beyond.
