David’s Picks: Jobs & Internships – Week of 3/21

Jobs:

  • Geben Communication – Social Media & Digital Account Executive: Sent to the Knowlton Center by a Young Alum – please get in touch with me if you want to apply to this position. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for social media trends and digital advertising, who loves data, and can create a client’s online voice.
  • Nationwide – Territory Consultant – Internal Wholesaler B2B: As a Territory Consultant, you’ll proactively seek out prospective financial professionals to introduce Nationwide and our products through a consultative selling process. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your sales aptitude and partner with experienced wholesalers to support the business unit sales goals.   • Cognigy – Sales Development Representative: This SDR position was sent to the Knowlton Center from a Denison Young Alum. Currently, the position is remote, but will eventually be a hybrid position located in Boston, MA. Cognigy is a technology firm that is rapidly growing and just received Series B funding. This role will focus on developing new business for the company.
  • Matic – Inside Sales Representative: Matic hires rock stars who are passionate about owning their work and are obsessed with finding a better way. This position offers quick upward mobility with the goal of being promoted from this role within 6 months. This position is held in Columbus, Ohio.

Internships:

  • Black Theatre United – Broadway Marketing Internship: Black Theatre United is proud to launch The Broadway Marketing Internship Program, an initiative dedicated to creating new opportunities for emerging Black talent in all areas of theatre. During the eight-week program, interns will work with the top four marketing and advertising agencies in New York City: Serino Coyne, AKA, RPM and Situation Interactive.
  • The Dallas Entrepreneur Center – Marketing and Communications Summer Intern: The Dallas Entrepreneur Center is a non-profit that supports the innovation and economic impact of start-ups in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This position will assist in developing weekly communication and expanding the outreach efforts of the Center.
